NECESSARY INFORMATION FOR BOOKING
- Payment by TRANSFER in advance of 50% upon booking confirmation. The balance can be paid on arrival in cash or within 5 days before arrival by PayPal/bank transfer.
- A deposit of 250 euros is required (when picking up the keys). The deposit will be fully refunded if no damage has been caused to the property.
- The apartment is ideal for 2/4 persons.
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Smoking is forbidden inside the Residence Virgilio and the apartment, smoking is allowed on the terrace.
- Parties are not permitted.
- Guests must observe the quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00.
- Pets are allowed.
- Bed linen and towels are provided for each stay.

In the low season (winter) the gas for heating will be charged separately according to consumption.

Tourist tax is included.
- The rental contract will be filled out by the guests on arrival.
PRICES
- For the months January/February/March € 95/per night.
- For the months April/May/June € 115/per night.
- For the months July/August/September € 135/per night.
- For the months October/November/December € 95/per night.
- The prices are indicative and may vary depending on length of stay and possible “advance booking” vary.
- The minimum stay is 7 nights.
- Cleaning and accommodation costs are included.
- During the winter period (October – March) not included gas consumption and must be paid separately.
